Overview

Niagahoster is known as a web hosting service platform that comes with a quality guarantee of 99.9% server uptime and 24-hour support and provides the lowest prices in its class. The target users of this service vary greatly, ranging from personal needs, business groups, or agencies. Niagahoster's mission is to help millions of people take advantage of the potential that exists on the internet to build success through online media.

Currently, Niagahoster is being faced with several problems, one of which is regarding service purchase targets are not in accordance with sales targets. Research results state that there are some users who are confused when choosing service options on the checkout page and users take a while to decide on their choice.

After being analyzed in more detail, the root of the problem is because users are faced with too many choices and do not understand the definition of each of the choices offered. So, an approach using design challenges is needed to help designers understand what will be designed along with its scope.

So the design challenge design was found as follows:

How can we make users understand and choose the service options provided, without making users confused about choosing service options before ordering, so that users don't delay buying a hosting service package that suits their needs?

Solution Design

From the explanation above, I tried to create user flow by bringing together price information and hosting services that are obtained according to the duration of the package provided, grouping this information according to the duration of the package service, by highlighting the price information and discounts provided to users.
